Part of the local family
We are so blessed to live and serve God in Rustenburg. Over the years we have known many wonderful families from around the world who have felt God's call to come here. Several of those have been American missionaries, who like us have been here for quite some time. The families in this photo make up our American family in Rustenburg. They are the people who fight our daily battles and celebrate our victories with us, the people who see firsthand our flawed lives, the aunts and uncles and cousins to our children, and the first people to tell us when Dr. Pepper is being sold in town. We are with different organizations and come from varied denominational backgrounds, but we are brothers and sisters in the Lord and have a genuine love and respect for one another. God has been so good to us with true and deepening relationships in the community we serve but also with bringing these beloved friends to walk with us on this missionary journey.
