This week I'm on a mission to delegate and Derek is so pleased! I'm excited but very mindful of the importance of these decisions. Derek and I have great relationships with other churches in the area and our dream would be to see various churches joining together for specific projects and outreach to our city. Choosing the right leaders for some of these projects could further open the door for that kind of unity. And even greater is our desire to see people set into the right places for which God has called them. We long to see people living the fullness of what God intended for their lives and then watching the overflow of that into the lives of others. Derek said it beautifully this weekend as we discussed Matthew 5 and the lights and lamp stands. We are called to be the light, but also part of the ministry we carry, Derek especially, is to help people stand on the right lamp stands and be the light in the area God's placed them. Please pray for us in this!
