Before Kyla’s birth we were blessed with an incredible ‘Shower in a Suitcase’ from First Baptist Church Katy. Kyla looks beautiful each and every day thanks to the wonderful gifts sent from Texas. On February 23rd we held a ‘Prayer Shower’ for Kyla. This is something we did for the boys and I had been looking forward to Kyla’s. No one brings presents but instead they bring prayers, verses, poems, or letters that they have prayed about with Kyla in mind. After brunch, everyone shared what they brought and we had the sweetest hour of prayer for Kyla Joy. It was a very special time with the DTS students and my closest friends from Rustenburg as we dedicated Kyla to the Lord and the future He has planned for her.
