Matt loves this pic! Earlier this year we went to the Lion Park with family visiting from the US. In one area of the park you can go in and spend five minutes with lion cubs. One was especially interested in Matt's orange shorts and actually managed to bite Matt. He cried until he realized that he would forever be able to say, "I was once bitten by a lion." Hence, the reason he loves this pic!
Malachi is amazing with insects and animals. He wasted no time in feeding this beautiful giraffe. Kyla and Matt were delighted and grossed out by the massive tongue licking the grain out of their hand. Pretty crazy for me, a Texas girl, watching my kids experience this as part of normal life in Africa.
