Favorite Things

One of our favourite things to do as a family is take the chess set, cards, or a game like Quirkle to a local coffee bar and spend a couple of hours hanging out. I can't tell you how much conversation a little girl can have with you over a game of Go Fish. Over the years, a few random strangers have joined in on our games and almost always someone comes over to the table to see what we are doing. It's been a great way to introduce ourselves to people, but even more than that it is a great time for us to enjoy one another.
