Today was Derek's last official day as our church's worship leader. He has been looking to hand over this position for the last 6 months and the time has finally come. What a special journey this has been with these beautiful people. A short time ago one of the musicians shared with the church what Derek has done for him as an individual and what he has done for the team. It was totally unexpected and completely lovely! Derek will miss hanging with this crew week after week, but is ready for a new challenge.
