For the next three weeks my teaching schedule is empty (aside from my beautiful 4-5 year old Sunday school class), the orphan care projects are on a break as most of the kids do not arrive at the centers during the school holidays, and so therefore I'm on a mission of admin attack!
Our year end here is February 28th and I've got 5 accounts to reconcile and submit for audit, our NPO yearly report to prepare and submit, our own personal taxes for the US and South Africa to sort out and file, update and thank you's for supporters, details to prep for a Dutch couple coming to assist Martha's House and Agnes's House, and a bunch of other smaller but important admin things to do at home. I'm going to keep a running record on here for the next few weeks to hold me accountable to get EVERYTHING finished before I start teaching again!!
As of 8:17pm Friday: The largest and most active account, the OVC account is nearly finished and the marketlink for that account is done!!! Yay:)
11:19 pm Friday: Outreach account done!!
2:47 pm Saturday: Main YWAM account finished!!
12:50 pm Monday: Botswana outreach account finished!!
1:51 pm Monday: Phokeng Education account finished!!!
Monday, June 25th no internet at home until Sunday, July 8th - This makes me slightly crazy...
9:30am Monday, the 9th - all accounts for YWAM ready for accountants to audit, our personal taxes ready for filing, now just waiting for more meeting with local office. Newsletter almost finished. Thank you notes should be done tomorrow. Details for women's retreat coming together. Bible study groups start up again this week and next!
